Three Habitats
Hidden Fronts · A tactical card duel
Select a card, then a placement. Face up uses its printed strength and power; face down is strength 2 anywhere. Covering cards protects them from flips. Withdraw early to concede fewer points.
Your hand
Rules, powers & local rival
Each battle deals six cards to each player. Your rival plays first and wins tied habitats. Each habitat contains two stacks: yours and the rival’s. Totals include every card, even covered cards. Only the top card is uncovered.
Face-up cards usually belong in their matching habitat. Their powers may add strength to neighboring habitats, permit off-habitat play, flip cards, move cards or return face-down cards to hand. The action panel offers every legal target when a power needs a choice.
When both hands empty, whoever controls at least two habitats earns 6 points. Withdrawing awards the rival 2, 3, 4 or 6 points depending on cards remaining and turn order; the button states the current cost. The first to12 wins. The habitats rotate between battles.
The local rival follows the source’s semiautonomous bot: top-card face-up play with tactical choices. It may withdraw when a fourth card would enter its own stack. This is not a human bluff simulator.
Card abilities stay visible in your hand. Face-down enemy card identities stay hidden. You can undo a decision including the rival response to learn the rules.
